Ning Su, Ning Changfeng, Fang Qi, and Chu Kui were taken to the sixth floor of the Flower God’s temple.
On the sixth floor, there was a spacious reception tea room.
The people in white robes stopped at the sixth floor, pointing towards the only door on that floor, signaling for them to enter.
Walking along the corridor on the sixth floor, Ning Changfeng asked, “Have you really thought this through? I won’t die, so I don’t really care. You need to consider carefully.”
He was mainly addressing Fang Qi because he knew that Ning Su had made up his mind since that night.
Dealing with this group of people meant opposing the main NPCs, which was no small matter in the game. Even if they survived in the instance, they wouldn’t earn many points when leaving the instance during the rating.
Fang Qi replied, “I’ve considered it.”
Turning to Ning Su and Ning Changfeng, he said, “I used to be too weak and indecisive, so I lived a failed life and lost the most important person.”
He continued, “Since there are only three days left, I might as well take a bold step. Maybe we can force out an answer.”
“Good,” Ning Changfeng said, “Leave the serious rule-breaking matters to me; the system won’t do anything to me.”
Protecting his son was naturally his top priority, and he included the young man who seemed to be about his son’s age in the protection scope.
Since becoming a father, his actions were quite different from before, and surprisingly, Ning Changfeng didn’t find anything wrong with it.
Ning Su glanced at Ning Changfeng, once again hearing the system making concessions to high-level players.
That night in the Yinhua Guild, Ning Su asked him how much the system could concede to top players. Ning Changfeng said it could be to a frightening extent.
He was curious about how frightening it could be.
Chu Kui didn’t know what they were talking about. “What do you mean?”
Ning Su said, “You’ll know in a moment. Don’t be afraid; we won’t harm you.”
Ning Changfeng pushed open the dark door.
Since coming to this world, they had often seen tea rooms, perhaps related to the Flower Attendants’ affinity with water. The tea rooms often had a stream of holy water.
This tea room was the largest they had seen, with four people inside: the emperor, the queen, the head of the Yenan family, and the head of the Haobei family. Two men and two women sat around the stream.
The stream circled around indoors, forming a circle with a seat in the middle for the flower attendants.
As soon as the four people entered, the four inside looked at them, their gazes burning and sticky.
The attention on Ning Su was the most intense. When the four pairs of eyes looked over, they were dyed red by the blood flower growing on his finger.
They stared obsessively and crazily at the blood flower on his finger, eyes glowing red, excitedly trembling all over.
The obese emperor even unconsciously stood up. Fortunately, the queen pulled him back; otherwise, he would have lost his composure completely, swallowing hard and sitting down.
“Sit, quickly sit!”
Ning Su and Chu Kui sat across the stream from the emperor and the queen. Ning Changfeng sat across from Yenan Wang, and Fang Qi sat across from Haobei Jing.
Like An Xiang, they were bound by the black-robed people as soon as they sat down.
This binding method was peculiar — one arm wasn’t tied, while the other arm was bound to the body, and their legs were tied to a wooden board while kneeling on a stool.
Perhaps because they had sacred flowers on their hands, their arms were to be pulled up to be eaten.
Once they were securely bound in this strange manner, the emperor eagerly waved his hand, instructing the black-robed people to leave.
Do not disturb their feast; they were to enjoy it to the fullest.
The emperor couldn’t stop salivating as he stared at Ning Su.
Beside him, the queen’s face turned red, as if she was struggling to breathe, inhaling deeply with her chest heaving.
“You already had one the day before yesterday. For safety’s sake, don’t eat too much today. Let me have this one.” She leaned bonelessly against the emperor, gazing fixedly at Ning Su, speaking in a soft and seductive manner, swallowing her saliva twice in between.
The flower attendant was a unique presence in the kingdom of Shigen.
Superficially, they held a prestigious status, often chosen for their exceptional physique and appearance, symbolizing the sacred and beautiful kingdom of Shigen.
When one desire clouded their minds, other desires would also arise.
The young man had an excellent figure, with long hair hanging on his straight back, exuding a refreshing and youthful air coveted by the elderly.
Even though his complexion was pale, with dark red veins spreading across his face.
The horrifying veins entwined around the clear and beautiful peach blossom eyes, creating a strangely beautiful and eerie allure that fascinated the people of the kingdom of Shigen.
“No, no, no.” The king pushed the queen away. “It was the day before yesterday. I rested for a day; it’s fine, it’s fine...”
“Last year, I had two. I can have another one this year.” He trembled as he reached out to Ning Su, “I want this one,” he took a rough breath, blood vessels bulging in his eyes, “I want him!”
He stared at Ning Su’s face, the sticky gaze trailing down the veins on his face that made the heart race. When he saw the four-petaled blood flower on his slender and slightly bent fingers, the heartbeat quickened, and an abnormal flush surged on his exposed skin.
He saw the hand that drove him crazy lifting.
A slender and pale wrist emerged from the wide black brocade sleeve.
The pale, slender fingers picked up the blood flower that made the blood vessels tense, and the young voice was clear and pleasant, with a serious hint of confusion, “Do you want to eat Him?”
“Yes, yes!”
The king stared intently at the blood flower, gradually approaching in a trance.
He extended his arms, hands reaching across the stream, landing on Ning Su’s dense black robe.
Meanwhile, his legs were still on the other side of the stream, the round belly resting on the stream, panting like a fat dog, stretching his neck towards that hand and the blood flower.
Excitement trembled the fat on his face, eyes bloodshot, gaze unfocused.
It was as if he saw himself twenty years younger, with shiny black hair, no wrinkles on his face, and firm skin. No signs of aging, no age spots.
He could sit on the throne for many more years, and the palace could welcome another group of beauties.
Ning Su made a sound, “Hmm.”
The king’s trembling pupils reflected the hand approaching him, and the blood flower getting closer to his mouth.
He instinctively opened his mouth.
He grew more excited. Even with a wide mouth, there was a feeling of breathlessness.
He really couldn’t breathe.
His neck was tightly gripped by a slender hand, fingers piercing into the veins.
He widened his bloodshot eyes, stretching out his crimson, wet, and fat tongue. “Ugh, ah, ah!”
With the only arm Ning Su could move, he lifted the fat king and forcefully slammed him into the shallow green stream. The red blood instantly spread in the stream.
The queen and the other two clan heads seemed still immersed in excitement and hadn’t reacted, appearing somewhat dazed. Even Chu Kui screamed. Awakened by her scream, the king opened his mouth to scream.
As soon as his mouth opened, a fat, crimson snake immediately slithered into his mouth.
The snake was quite chubby, and the king’s mouth was a bit large. It even stretched and cracked the king’s mouth, wriggling in waves down his throat.
This scene was both terrifying and nauseating. The queen and the other two clan heads immediately tightly closed their mouths.
As they sealed their mouths, three red snakes emerged from the stream, poking their heads out and staring fixedly at their mouths, seemingly trying to find openings to slither in.
This heightened their fear. Not only did they close their mouths even more tightly, but they also used their hands to cover them securely.
